Tammy K. Jersey founded TKJ Associates in 2004 to deliver integrated talent solutions. The firm provides executive search, leadership and career coaching, and on-boarding services. Tammy and her team recognize that effective talent matches go beyond matching resumes to job descriptions. The firm’s goal is to match skills, cultural affinity, shared goals, and the intangibles of fit that make the difference between a near miss and a long-term win.
As the President and Founder of TKJ Associates, Tammy applies her nearly 25 years of experience to ensure lasting hires for her clients. Her firm specializes in placing senior functional leaders that report to CEOs or division heads. They also help build out full teams across functions. Their work spans the Fortune 500 and early stage, venture-backed businesses. Tammy’s areas of expertise include Talent Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Marketing and Communications, Digital Media, Finance and Operations. Clients include leading professional services, financial services, consumer and media businesses, as well as healthcare and hospitality businesses.
Previously, Tammy was a Director with Spencer Stuart for eight years. She was a member of the firm’s Global Consumer Goods and Services Practice and the Global Technology, Communications and Media Practice.
Tammy’s career prior to joining Spencer Stuart spanned both business and government. She was a senior marketing professional at American Express and The Danbury Mint, and also served as a Financial Analyst at The First Boston Corporation. Prior to business school, Tammy served as a Legislative Assistant in the United States Senate, focusing on transportation, telecommunications, labor and human resources issues for Senators David Karnes and Nancy Kassebaum.
Tammy earned a B.A. in Political Science from Vassar College and an M.B.A. from The Harvard Business School.

Christina Burz delivers innovative talent management solutions for companies both domestically and internationally. For the past 20 years she has helped companies assess, attract and retain senior executives and their teams. She also coaches executives through career management and transition issues helping them to define and package their personal brand, build a comprehensive search strategy, and navigate the interview process. Christina uses an empathetic and supportive approach as well as drawing on her unique training and previous experience as a professional actress. Having partnered with hiring managers as well as job seekers, she provides guidance, insight, and support in an ever-changing and competitive marketplace.
From 2003 until 2007 Christina was a Vice President in the Media & Entertainment Practice at Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson, a global retained recruiting firm with offices in over 35 countries. From 2001 until 2003 she was a Co-founder and Managing Director of Lex Media Solutions, (formerly Sainty Hird & Partners Global Media Practice) based in New York City. Lex Media, comprised of six professionals in the corporate office with a presence in both Los Angeles and London, served the media and entertainment industries.
Christina was previously a Vice President with Bishop Partners, a nationally recognized executive search firm known for its creativity and consultative approach. Christina specialized in the communication and entertainment industries including cable, broadcast, publishing, new media and related converging technologies. She successfully recruited executives at the CEO, COO, and CFO levels as well as building senior management teams for start-up companies.
From 1990 to 1993, Christina was an independent consultant managing assignments in a wide variety of industries from retail, publishing, and entertainment through financial services, biotechnology, and manufacturing. Christina began her career in the executive search industry at Johnson, Smith & Knisely, a recruiting firm in New York City.

Carolyn
Livingstone
is a core member of TKJ Associates. Working in close partnership with
the Founder and President of TKJ, Carolyn is a key contributor to the
success of the firm. Carolyn oversees the bulk of the research activities
for TKJ Associates clients and has received praise from the firms
clients for her sophisticated handling of each high profile assignment.
Since early 2004, Carolyn has helped TKJ Associates secure outstanding
placements in senior leadership roles across the Public Relations, Management
Consulting, Consumer Goods & Services, and Publishing sectors. As
a recruiting generalist, Carolyn has placed executives across all functions,
from general management to human resources, finance, sales and marketing,
merchandising, research and development, operations and technology.
Carolyn has been an executive search professional for over 10 years, working
with a broad collection of clients. Throughout her career, she has worked
across all business sectors, with recent experience in publishing, consumer
products, professional services, information technology and financial
services. Additionally, Carolyn has placed executives in the manufacturing
and healthcare sectors.
In November 1996, Carolyn established her own independent research and
consulting firm. Through her business, she has had the opportunity to
work with executive search industry leaders such as Heidrick & Struggles,
Spencer Stuart, WhiteHead Mann, Christian & Timbers, Korn Ferry, Ray
& Berndtson, AT Kearney, KPMG, and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Based
in the Bahamas, Carolyn is committed to providing an international focus
to her work. Her search work has spanned the U.S. and the Caribbean, Canada,
the UK, South America, and the Middle East.
Carolyn began her career in human resources with Canadian Pacific in their
computers and communications group. She was recruited to Cambridge Management
Planning, a boutique executive search firm, where she focused on recruiting
professionals to the manufacturing, healthcare and financial services
industries. She later joined Ray & Berndtson, a global executive search
firm, to conduct senior executive searches across a variety of industries.
At Ray & Berndtson, Carolyn was involved in the research and consulting
for CIO, CEO, CFO and CTO roles across North America.
Carolyn has a B.A. degree in Psychology and Sociology from Queen's University
in Kingston Ontario.
